Ranch Meatballs |

Ingredients
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Original Ranch Dressing mix or generic brand
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Directions
Combine ground beef and dressing mix. Shape into meatballs. Melt margarine in a skillet and brown meatballs on all sides. Add broth. Cover and simmer until cooked through (10-15 minutes). Serve warm with toothpick. Makes 2 dozen
