There are special little things for wristlet corsage where the elastic band has a clip to attach it to the cirsafe, Failing that, I use 2 chenille stems (pipe cleaners) kind of double looped into the corsage stem to go around the wrist.

Your wrist band should have a metal plate or something similar on the wrist band.Their or some prongs on it that you bend over the center of the corsage stem and it will hold it on.If not what you can do is buy some ribbon that the bow on the corsage will match and tie the corsage back stem onto the wrist band.After you attach it just finish off with a bow like you would make on tying your tennis shoe to give it a pretty finish look.
