Daffodils in Bloom on Vancouver Island

Just wanted to share this picture of my daffodils blooming. They are earlier this year than normal, just like the hummingbirds came at least a week earlier too. We have had a wonderfull spring, but pretty dry. Usually Vancouver Island (British Columbia, Canada) gets more rain in the winter months, but this Feb. was sunnier & drier than on record. I have many different types of daffs, & they are all so unique & pretty, I couldn't choose which one I like best.

The daffodils are gorgeous - they remind me of England. There are a lot of advantages to living in Florida, but I do miss the Spring flowers!

They are sooo beautiful. I'm from Ontario, Canada and just can't wait to get into my flowerbeds!! :0). Thanks so much for sharing it gives me hope-- good weather is just around the corner.... LOL
