Using a Zester for Cheese

When I only need a small amount of grated cheese, instead of getting out my grater-which is a pain to clean-I use my zester.

Many people complain about cleaning cheese graters. Before usin a cheese grater rub some shortening or spray both sides with Cooking oil in a spray pump (much better then Pam) Grate away and wash right away wiht hot soapy water. No stuck cheese.
