Rhubarb Custard Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 5 cups diced rhubarb
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 cups whipping cream, not whipped

Directions

Mix cake according to directions. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Mix rhubarb and sugar together. Sprinkle over cake mix batter. Pour cream over all. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45-55 minutes. Cake will rise to the top and cream will form custard on the bottom. Serve warm with milk or ice cream.
