Put potatoes in a bowl, add butter, eggs, sugar and milk. Cool to lukewarm and add yeast, dissolved. Also add flour and salt. Place in bowl and cover. Let rise, punch down. Let rise again. Roll, cut and let rise again; fry.
Glaze Ingredients
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. cream
Glaze Directions
Add enough warm water to make a liquid, dip doughnut. Lay on rack to cool.
