Lime Cottage Cheese Salad

Ingredients:

• 1 pkg. lime gelatin (3oz.)
• 1 cup boiling water
• 2 cups mini marshmallows
• dash salt
• 1 can crushed pineapple
• 1 cup drained small curd cottage cheese
• 1 cup Cool Whip
• 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add marshmallows and stir until they melt. Stir in salt and pineapple. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in cottage cheese, Cool Whip and nuts. Refrigerate until firmly set.
