- 1/2 lb. pork sausage
- 1 small zucchini, sliced
- 1 small summer squash, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 2 green tomatoes, chopped
- 1 can hominy
Brown and drain sausage. Add rest of ingredients and simmer till squash is not real soft.
This is a great recipe for this time of year. We love it, so I usually double it.
