Ingredients
- 25-30 chocolate Oreo type cookies
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 pkg. lime gelatin (any other flavor could be used, too)
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 sm. Cool Whip
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
Directions
Crush cookies and mix with butter and place in bottom of pan, saving some for topping. Dissolve gelatin, add pineapple and sugar and let set to partially congeal. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour over layer of cookie crumbs and cover with remaining crumbs. Chill.
