Easy Cinnamon Rolls
- 1 package dry yeast
- 3/4 cup warm water
- 1/4 cup margarine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 tsp. cardamom (opt.)
In mixer bowl dissolve 1 package dry yeast in 3/4 cup warm water. Add margarine, sugar, salt, egg, 1 cup flour and cardamom (opt.). Blend well. Do not knead! Cover. Raise until doubled. Roll out in rolls. Let raise until doubled in bulk. Bake at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes. Frost if desired.
