Hot Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 packages. chopped spinach (10 oz. each)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup spinach liquid
  • 6 oz. jalapeno cheese, grated
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3/4 tsp. celery salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Cook spinach, drain and save liquid. Saute' onion in butter; add flour, milk and spinach liquid. Cook to thicken. Add cheese, seasonings and spinach. Serve hot with corn chips.
