Hot Spinach Dip |

Ingredients
- 2 packages. chopped spinach (10 oz. each)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup spinach liquid
- 6 oz. jalapeno cheese, grated
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 3/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Directions
Cook spinach, drain and save liquid. Saute' onion in butter; add flour, milk and spinach liquid. Cook to thicken. Add cheese, seasonings and spinach. Serve hot with corn chips.
