Sour Cream Cole Slaw
- 1 medium to large head cabbage
- 1 green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 med. sized onion
- 1/2 pint sour cream
- 1/2 pint real mayonnaise
Shred cabbage and add chopped pepper and onion. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream vinegar, celery seed and sugar. Pour over cabbage and mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Will keep up to 1 week.
