Crockpot Roast

A Family Get Together, Throw Together. Very few ingredients, and easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 2.5 Lb. Chuck roast
  • McCormick's beef stew mix
  • 1 to 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 10 oz. frozen broccoli

Directions:

Cook chuck roast in crock pot with beef stew mix. I use 2 cups of water when mixing, pour over roast, 5-6 hours. On high in crockpot. Cut into small pieces when done.

Prepare broccoli per package instructions or cook fresh, I cut the broccoli in small pieces

Prepare 1 to 1 1/2 cups of rice per directions. Mix all together with 1 to 1 1/2 cups of broth made from the roast. Makes approximately 12 cups.

5-6 hours Cooking Time
