Well, I'm not sure what it means in a rainbow, but when we were kids at school we used to sing a song about our flag (Australia) the colors are red,white and blue, and we sang.. Red for bravery, white for purity, blue for loyalty. So perhaps it's the same and blue means loyalty? Ellie.
