White Cheese Dip
- 1 lb ground sausage (I use mild, but if you like it hot - go for it!)
- 2 packages of cream cheese, room temp.
- 1 can Rotel (I use mild but whatever you like.)
Crumble and brown sausage in skillet until done. Drain excess fat. Return to skillet. Add 1 can of Rotel and cream cheese. Mix ingredients together until cream cheese melts and looks like dip! Serve with Tostitos Scoops. YUM!
