Ingredients
- 1 lb ground sausage (I use mild, but if you like it hot - go for it!)
- 2 packages of cream cheese (room temp.)
- 1 can Rotel (Again, I use mild but whatever you like.)
Directions
Crumble and brown sausage in skillet until done. Drain excess fat. Return to skillet. Add 1 can of Rotel and room temp cream cheese. Mix ingredients together until cream cheese melts and looks like dip!
Serve with Tostitos Scoops. YUM!
Source: This recipe was given to me by my good friend Starla. She found it in a magazine while on vacation in Florida. She made it as a treat when she came in from the beach and we've all been so glad she did.
