Oat Bran Apple Muffins |

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 3/4 cup oat bran hot cereal mix
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1 apple (grated)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Mix eggs, milk, vegetable oil and honey. Mix in rest of the ingredients. Fill muffin pan with liners in the pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-17 minutes or until golden brown. Makes 19 muffins
