Golden Parmesan Potatoes
- 6 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup butter
- chopped parsley, optional
Peel potatoes and cut into large bite-size pieces. Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in bag. Place a few potatoes in the bag at a time, moisten with water, and shake until coated. Melt butter in 9x13 inch pan.
Place coated potatoes in a single layer and bake at 375 degrees F. for 1 hour. Turn potatoes after 30 minutes. You may sprinkle leftover flour mixture over potatoes before baking. Sprinkle parsley before serving.
