Fried Cucumbers |

Cut off peel of cucumber and slice it. Bread in flour. I cut mine both ways, whatever you prefer. Heat oil, should be medium high. Fry one side, salt and pepper then turn and fry other side. Cook until nice and brown, not burned.
If you like fried green tomatoes, this is really good. My family loves them. This is an old recipe from my mom. Enjoy!

That sure brought back memories! I was born and raise in St. Pete and my grandma use to fix these a lot, also Fried Green Tomatoes was always my favorite.
