Coffee Filters as Cake Pan Liners |

Instead of preparing a baking pan in the standard way, oil as usual and press a coffee filter into the bottom of the pan. When your cake is done, all you'll have to do is loosen the edge with a knife, invert a plate over the bottom of the pan, turn the whole thing upside down (plate beneath cake pan) and lift the cakepan off. The coffee filter will have absorbed the extra oil, and will peel right off your cake : )

not a bad idea but it's just as easy to dust with some of the dry cake mix and cheaper too
