Driveway Sealant On Vinyl Garage Door

I managed to get driveway sealant on my new vinyl garage doors. I tried a commercial tar remover and it left a yellow smudge. Is it possible to remove the sealant without leaving the smudge. Thank You.

Try butter. It removes tar and other petroleum based products.
