Cream butter and sugar. Beat together egg and lemon extract. Sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon. Add to creamed and egg mixture and blend. Dough will be sticky. Chill one hour. Combine nuts with cinnamon and sugar. Pinch off dough the size of a walnut and shape into a ball. Roll each ball in the nut-cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet about 3 inches apart and bake at 350 degrees F (preheated) for about 12 minutes.
