Single Knit Stitch on a Rectangle Knifty Knitter

How do I use a single knit on a long loom? The video supplied shows how to go about doing the first row, but fails to show how to connect the chains and cast off. Can you please help?

RE: Single Knit Stitch on a Rectangle Knifty Knitter

When I got my Knifty Knitter I joined a few message board groups on Yahoo. They share their patterns and have many, links to stitch instructions. I had a link to videos of work in progress. You may wanna check out youtube, too. Hope this helps. Happy knitting! (04/30/2008)

I just bought a Knifty Knitter Rectangle Loom. I want to use the single knit stitch, but there are no instructions on how to do this. Please help. I can start it, but once I reach the end how do I go back? I hope this makes sense.
