Ingredients
- 1 cup cocoa
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup sour milk
- 2 1/2 cups white sugar
- 3 cups flour (sifted)
- 1 cup nutmeats
- 3 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
Directions
In a very big bowl combine cocoa, butter, and cinnamon; then add the boiling water. Add milk, unbeaten eggs, and vanilla. Beat unitl light. Sift all dry ingredients and beat until light and fluffy. Pour in well greased and floured pan. (This Whopper Cake takes a whopping big pan). Sprinkle top with nuts. Bake at 375 degrees F oven for about 30 minutes. Ice with your choice of icing.
