Ingredients
- 4 large pork steaks
- 1 box frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 can mushrooms (opt.)
Directions
Place steaks in an electric skillet; cover with vegetables. Mix soup, water and mushrooms and pour over all. Simmer on about 300 degrees F until pork is tender, about 1 hour.
