Some icons I regularly used have disappeared from my toolbar, like bookmark, e-mail, spellcheck, etc. How do I get them back and possibly find others I would like to have? Safety and privacy is important also. Can you help me? Are there tutorials?

It depends on what you are losing icons from. Do you mean your browser, your desktop, your word processor? Usually when you have a bar that has icons you can right click on the bar and select properties. From there you would find a "tool" or Icons" selection. For Internet Explorer it would be Customize and then Add or Remove commands.
What about Mac users using Safari? I have major problems with my address book. Laine
If you are using Google, click on an empty part of the toolbar and you can get whatever you need.
