Ingredients
- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 package instant coconut pudding mix (regular size)
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 3/4 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
Directions
Beat first 5 ingredients and 3/4 cup water together in mixing bowl for 6 -10 minutes. Pour into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-40 minutes. Pierce surface with fork. Combine remaining ingredients in bowl, mixing well. Pour over hot cake.
