Peaches & Cream Coffee Cake
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 can sliced peaches, drained (save juice)
- 1 pkg. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup peach juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
Beat together first 6 ingredients. Grease an 8x8 inch pan. Pour mixture into pan. Place slices of peaches on top of pie mixture. Beat together cream cheese, peach juice, and sugar. Spread on top of mixture about 1 inch from sides. Sprinkle 1 Tbsp. sugar and 1 Tbsp. cinnamon over top. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 30-35 minutes.

what size can of peaches? What size of cream cheese 3 or 8 oz?
