Adding Padding to a Couch Cushion

How do I put more padding in the cushion of my leather couch?

First, find out if the cushion unzips in back. If so, you can remove the old cushion and cut a new one from foam bought at a craft store. If it's just a little flat, try adding fiberfil until you reach the appropriate "fluff" factor.
