Easy Gingerbread Houses

For easy gingerbread houses just use graham crackers assembled with regular tub frosting. You can make the houses ahead of time and then let the kiddos decorate from there. We just did this for 7 little kids and they thought it was great.

We found that sometimes the tub icing was a little too soft and our houses would fall apart. We started using melted white chocolate as the cement and then used the tub frosting for decoration. Helped with the frustration!
