Beef Kebabs with Cumin
- 2 lbs. boneless sirloin steak
- 2 medium onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 3 tsp. ground cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. softened butter
Cut steak into 3/4 inch cubes. Combine onions, salad oil, cumin seeds, pepper, salt and lemon juice. Place beef into a glass dish, pour spiced salad oil over. Marinate overnight in refrigerator. Fasten beef onto skewers and broil next to charcoal until brown. Brush with softened butter.
