Take a SMALL cotton ball, as you don't want to overwhelm, and saturate with your favorite perfume or cologne. Attach it to a safety pin, and pin it to you bra strap.

I disagree.
Good perfumes and colognes are designed to react with and smell better on the body.
Thats why they can smell weird on clothes but amazing on the skin, and why you cant appreciate a perfume by smelling the bottle. Apply it properly.

thank you for the insight to those who have allergies to different scents. it is a horrible feeling to have someone walk nearby with so much perfume on they sufficate you. I have had to go to another part of a store to get away from a person with too much perfume/cologne on and this can go for men wearing way too much as well.

believe me, the perfume on the skin is still there - it doesn't "fade away" and the cotton ball "saturated" with perfume will be overwhelming to those around you. Perfume is a personal thing and should stay close to you. When your scent arrives in a room 10 minutes before you do or lingers for an hour after you leave, it's too much.

Please be considerate to those with perfume allergies.
