This is the address to get the Dogpile Toolbar. It has a ticker of the latest news. Each time you open internet explorer, you can go to view, explorer bar, and dogpile toolbar to have the ticker run the latest news at the bottom of the screen.

Editor's Note: One concern I always have about installing these type of browser bars is whether or not they are spyware. The FAQ on their website seems to address this
