- 1 lb. Ground Beef (can use Ground Turkey, if desired) - 4 slices of Bread - 1/2 C. Milk - 1 chopped Onion - Salt & Pepper - 1 C. Ketchup - 2 T. Sugar or Sweetener - 4 T. Vinegar - 4 T. Worcestershire Sauce - 1/4 C. Water
Directions
Soak bread in the milk. Mix with ground beef, onion, salt & pepper. Form into balls the size of an egg. In another bowl, combine rest of ingredients & pour over meatballs. Bake for 1 hour on 350F.
