Ingredients
- 1 lb. Ground Beef (can use Ground Turkey, if desired)
- 4 slices of Bread
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 1 chopped Onion
- Salt and Pepper
- 1 cup Ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar or Sweetener
- 4 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup water
Directions
Soak bread in the milk. Mix with ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. Form into balls the size of an egg. In another bowl, combine rest of ingredients & pour over meatballs. Bake for 1 hour on 350 degrees F.
