1/4 to 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries or strawberries
Top with a generous shot of Reddi Whip whipping cream
Sprinkle with 1 tsp. Folgers Instant Coffee Crystals

I have a digital food scale with tare feature, so can be very precise on the # number of carbohydrate grams of the berries, and the amount of whipped cream. The dessert is very low fat and low calorie, yet high in taste, energy, and nutrients. I developed it when I was on the Atkins Diet.
