Cooked Fudge Frosting
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
- 4 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix all ingredients, except vanilla. bring to a boil over medium heat. Stir twice. Boil 1 minute; set aside. Do not stir! Cool to lukewarm. Beat like fudge. If it becomes to thick, put a little milk in to thin down. This is great for cake, brownies, cookies, or whatever you happen to want to use it on!
