Take the wire and cut the length you want for however big you want the wreath. String the bells on until you get to end of wire. Take the pliers and twist the ends of the wire together. Tie on your ribbon to hang the ornament.
Hey aren't these just like the one's you see in the big department stores? I mean I have wondered how to make these.!! I'm not a very creative thinker but this is what I wanted to know how to make them!! Thanks so much!!
