I cannot begin this e-mail without first thanking you for your most friendly and informative "Thrifty" Newsletter. I wonder if you can help me a little. I once read that there was a way of shrinking fabric by soaking it into a solution. Any light at all from you what that solution may be would be most warmly appreciate.
