Olive Spinach Balls
Green vegetables are very healthy.
- 1 1/2 cups chopped cooked spinach
- 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup buttered crumbs
Cook spinach; squeeze out all juice. Mix spinach, cheese, egg, olives, and salt; shape into balls. Roll thoroughly in crumbs; place in a greased baking pan. Bake in preheated oven of 375F for 30 to 45 minutes.
