Jackie,

Make your own beautiful night lights etc. by looking on the Internet for ideas.

They can also be bought off the Internet.

I design and make my own after practicing
a few months...........ludie

How do you cut a hole in the bottle without breaking it? Is there a special drill bit?

Why not make your own? I have several different bottles stuffed with christmas lights sitting in a corner of my kitchen. It looks really nice. Especially if you use differt color bottles. If you're not a wine drinker, get bottles from friends/neighbors.

You might want to try the local craft festivals or fairs. I have seen these at the last two I went to.
