My dog's name is Tikka (tee-kah). It means "little pieces" in Native American Lakota Sioux, and was hand selected. She is a beautiful pure bred chihuahua and is over a year now, topping off at about three pounds. Here's little Tikka!
I made a collage of puppy pictures of my adorable little chihuahua and posted the pictures on the back of my goldfish bowl, so that the pictures are visible through the clear glass and water. While I can admire my beautiful fish, the pictures of my little pooch shine through and I can adore them simultaneously!
To the person who posted the info about "Charo". Charo is not a boy's name. Charo was the first wife of Xavier Cugat, the famous bandleader. Go to Google and type in Charo and you will see her. She's a beauty. I'm sure you've seen her before. Bonnie
Cute idea of displaying your pix of Tikka who is truly adorable. I once had a little male toy-chihuahua named "Sailor Joe" because he loved to ride on the bow of our boat. He was so tiny that I could carry him in my purse, and he'd ride in the car with us like a little pro. Still miss him a lot. Thanks for sharing your Tikka with us. Julia in Orlando, FL
Your Tikka is so adorable. We just got a puppy about a month ago, going through potty training. We named her Charo. Looked for a Spanish name for a female on the internet, but a Mexican man told us that Charo is a boys name. Oh well, Charo it is. Anyway your Tikka is beautiful. Have lots of fun with her. Thanks for sharing
Awwwww, she's so cute . I'd carry her in my shirt if she was mine. I carry lots of little & not so little beasties in my shirt . Such a darling face ,it is hard to believe she is as old as she is & I like your idea about the fish tank thing. Computer wallpaper would probably work too. I love her name. I bet it sounds musical when you say it.
