Harvest Dinner Apple Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 4 cups diced apples (raw)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup nuts (opt.)
Directions
Mix above in order. Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold with Cool Whip or ice cream.
