Peppermint Bark

Bronze Post Medal for All Time! 170 Posts

Two ingredients and super easy!

Ingredients:

  • block of white chocolate
  • peppermints or candy canes

Directions:

Microwave white chocolate about 2 minutes. Stir so it won't stick or burn. Stir in peppermints or candy canes you have finely crushed. Pour in a cookie sheet, lined with wax paper. When set, break into pieces.

You can use leftover candy canes or buy candy canes after Christmas at a good price. You can also make this recipe using chocolate with crushed nuts in it.

Put the candy into a coffee mug, add a ribbon, and you have a Christmas gift that someone will enjoy.
