1 small pkg. Uncle Ben's Wild Rice and Seasoning Packet
1/2 cup plain Minute Rice (uncooked)
2 (10 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
Directions:
Cook and drain sausage. Saute onion and green pepper. Until tender. Mix all ingredients in a large pan. Cover and cook for 25 minutes over low to medium heat. You can also add crushed red pepper to this if you like it spicy. I add 2 Tbsp. to mine.
