- 2 packages frozen broccoli (10 oz. size)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 jar pimento, chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/2 cup fine bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Cook broccoli. Drain. Mix soup and milk, heat to boiling. Stir in pimento and water chestnuts. Arrange broccoli in shallow baking dish. Pour soup mixture on top. Sprinkle buttered crumbs on top and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
