Quick and Easy Noodle Soup
- 2 cups homemade egg noodles
- 3 cans chicken broth
- 1 can mushrooms (stems and pieces)
- 1 can chicken (6 oz.) or 3/4 cup diced, cooked chicken
Bring chicken broth to a boil; add egg noodles and allow to cook for 20-30 minutes at slightly reduce heat, stirring occasionally. Add drained mushrooms and chicken and cook until heated through.
