Baked Egg Omelette

Ingredients

  • 7 slices American cheese
  • 1/2 cup meat (cubed ham, bacon or sausage)
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash pepper

Directions

Grease bottom of 9x13 inch cake pan and line with cheese slices. Add your choice of meat. Beat remaining ingredients with egg beater. Pour on top of meat and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes or until set. Serve with toast and juice. This is very enjoyable as a Sunday brunch dish.

This sounds like a very good recipe to me, I will have to try it soon.
Would EGG BEATERS work as well?
Thanks, Sherry.
