Cherry Cheesecake Dessert
Crust
Ingredients
- 11 graham crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted margarine
Directions
Mix together and press into an 8 or 9 inch square baking dish.
Filling
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz.)
Directions
Beat together and pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Topping
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 can cherries, undrained (1 lb.)
Directions
Combine cornstarch and sugar; add to cherries. Cook until thickened and pour over cooled filling. Refrigerate until serving time.
