Instant Potato Soup Mix

I don't remember where I got this recipe but people who usually doesn't like potato soup, likes this. I really like this recipe because you can add spices you like and it's real fast, and good. This is easily doubled. Be great for gifts.

Ingredients:

• 2 1/2 cups instant potatoes
• 1 package chicken gravy mix
• 1 1/4 cup powdered coffee creamer
• 2 tsp. seasoned salt
• 2 tsp. dry onion powder
• 2 tsp. chicken bouillon granules

Directions:

In large bowl or jar put all ingredients. Mix well. Place in airtight container. Makes 4 cups of mix. To serve use 1 cup boiling water and 1/2 cup mix. Stir well and let sit 3 minutes. Can microwave small potato and cut up to put in soup.
