Hurry Up Baked Salmon

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups canned salmon (1 can)
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1/2 cup cream or 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt and dash of pepper

Directions:

Place salmon in baking dish, sprinkle with lemon juice and cover with cream or melted butter. Season with salt and pepper and bake in 400 degrees F. oven for 20-30 minutes. Serves 4.
