Ingredients
1 can shoe peg corn
1 can baby peas
1 can French style green beans
1 cup diced green onions
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced green pepper
1/4 cup diced pimentos
Dressing:
1 cup sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
Directions
Drain well the vegetables. Put in bowl and marinate with dressing overnight. To make dressing, cook sugar and white vinegar together until sugar is dissolved, then add 1/2 cup salad oil. Cool and pour over ingredients.

Ingredients
1 head lettuce, torn into small pieces
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 cup water chestnuts, thinly sliced
1 cup chopped celery
1 package frozen peas, thawed, drained
1 1/2 cups salad dressing
parmesan cheese
Directions
Layer first 5 ingredients in order listed in large bowl. Spread salad dressing over layers. Sprinkle liberally with cheese. Chill, covered, in refrigerator overnight.
